Brain Boot Camp Summer School Program is a free summer program designed to address the needs of the whole child through engaging learning opportunities and is by INVITATION ONLY.
Testing to determine eligibility for the Gifted K-Prep cluster programming at Gilbert Public Schools for 4-year-olds is offered throughout the year by appointment only.
Early entrance screenings measure a child’s social and academic ability, predicting their success in kindergarten.
Transportation for the 2024 Elementary Summer School will be offered at a cost of $25 each way (departure & return) . Pick up/drop-off locations are going to be available at the following regional elementary school sites: Boulder Creek, Oak Tree, Sonoma Ranch, Spectrum & Mesquite Jr. Each site will also be hosting Community Education’s VIK/Zone summer camp programs so that students may conveniently attend summer school during the morning and VIK/Zone in the afternoon. Students must be enrolled in all three class sessions in order to use the bus transportation. There will be an Instructional Assistant provided to help supervise students getting on and off the bus. Bus routes/exact times to each of the VIK sites will be communicated in Mid-May. Please enroll for a departure bus route ($25) and return bus route ($25), if applicable, during registration in order for your child to be placed on the list. The routes are listed by the location that your child will be picked up (departure) and dropped off (return).
