Early entrance screenings measure a child’s social and academic ability, predicting their success in kindergarten.
Camp will focus on basic stroke production for forehands, backhands, serves, volleys, scorekeeping and match play. The goal of this camp is to help kids develop a love for a game they can play for the rest of their lives! Beginners Welcome!
Campers may attend one or both weeks. Each camp consists of four days (90 minutes each day) working on and learning the fundamentals of tennis.
Coach Macy Hunt is a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional and loves the game of tennis. She has been playing tennis for 9 years and coaching for 4 years. She also played on the Arizona State USTA Club Tennis Team and loved it! She loves working with kids and helping them find their own love of tennis. Camp instructors include current and past GPS varsity players and other experience coaches from around the Valley.
