Bring your stories to life one frame at a time! In this hands-on course, students will learn the fundamentals of stop-motion animation, including storyboarding, character design, set building, and frame-by-frame filming. Using clay, paper cutouts, LEGO® figures, and other materials, students will create their own short animated films. They will explore camera techniques, lighting, and editing software to produce smooth, engaging animations. Whether recreating favorite scenes or inventing their own, students will leave with a mini-movie of their own creation and the skills to continue animating at home!
