In this dynamic and engaging enrichment class students won’t just learn about movies — they’ll create them! Students will take the lead in deciding which creative elements to include in their projects — such as special effects, music choices, and more — allowing them to shape their films with their own artistic vision. This course offers a fun, collaborative introduction to the filmmaking process.

1. Create Their Own Stories – Learn how to develop a compelling storyline using the classic three-act structure.
2. Master the Camera – Discover how to frame, shoot, and visually enhance their story through smart camera techniques.
3. Build Confidence on Camera – Practice acting, delivering dialogue, and expressing emotions to bring scenes to life.
4. Take the Director’s Chair – Experience what it’s like to lead a scene, manage pacing, and bring creative ideas to the screen.
