Athletes love to show their spirit and progress, starting at a very young age. ActivStars Youth Cheerleading is designed to help them learn everything they’d want to know about cheerleading and pom dance in a single program. We use a modern curriculum that emphasizes team building & sportsmanship. We fuse fun and teamwork with dance choreography, arm motions, jumps, kicks, and stunting fundamentals geared towards each specific team level within our program; beginner to advanced. With five levels of cheerleading based on age and ability, we offer the most rewarding way to be part of a squad. Come be a star!

Cheer Squad is an energetic and fun-filled course designed to boost self-confidence, creativity, and coordination through the exciting world of cheer and dance. Students will enjoy a dynamic class format that includes a warm-up stretch, a high-energy dance routine, cheer chants, basic stunts, and dance cheer games. Each session introduces a new routine, helping students develop both individual and team skills. The course culminates in a special performance on the final day of class, 30 minutes after school release, showcasing all they've learned. Get ready for a cheer-filled adventure that combines fitness, fun, and teamwork!

Hip Hop Crew - Fusing Hip Hop and Jazz in an upbeat class while learning the fundamentals of dance! Classes consist of a warm up stretch, hip hop technique, a dance routine, and a dance game. They will learn a new routine each time they take the class! A special performance on the last day of class 30 minutes after school release, during the regularly scheduled class time.

Drone Flying Adventures: DroneTogether is excited to introduce our exhilarating and innovative camps to Gilbert this summer. Come have fun spending time in one of the fastest growing spaces in technology - drone flying. All flying abilities are welcome, as we build on basic flying skills to advance to more challenging and exciting opportunities. Some of the opportunities include tricks, team flying challenges, flying adventures, obstacle design and course design. All activities are designed to be collaborative, fun and safe for all students. This comprehensive Piano Course offers a fun and engaging way for students to learn the fundamentals of piano through their favorite songs and interactive music theory activities. The course covers essential keyboard skills such as counting, note reading, rhythm, and more. With a portable piano lab set up at school, students will have hands-on experience in a convenient and interactive environment. The course culminates in a recital on the final day, where students can showcase the skills they've learned throughout the program. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this course provides a dynamic and enjoyable way to explore music!

Adventures through Earth’s Elements Discovery science, art, and culture to spark curiosity and creativity through the elements of earth, air, fire, and water! Create exciting hands-on experiments and activities to explore geology, design your own geode and display box to showcase its brilliance, then dive into the world of crystals during a hands-on interactive gemstone collection game and learn about sedimentary rock formation through an edible experiment. Play with magnets, make gooey magical magnetic slime and learn about Earth's magnetic field. Paint a ceramic earth planter while exploring Hopi traditions then create a dazzling Aztec sunstone to celebrate ancient craftsmanship. Week 1: Examine mineral specimens, geodes & design your own geode & display box. Week 2: Paint a ceramic earth planter & explore the Hopi Native American view of earth. Week 3: Make & experiment with magnetic slime to learn about earth’s magnetic field. Week 4: Explore geology & crystals through an interactive gemstone collection game. Week 5: Test out an edible experiment to learn about how sedimentary rocks are formed. Week 6: Design and craft an ancient Aztec sunstone.

Light, Sight & Sound - System 2 In this “enlightened” program students will not believe their eyes as they examine different optical illusions and watch as light and color interact to trick their sense of sight. Children will also put their taste buds to the test, learn how we get the “pop” in soda pop and have a “hair raising” experience working with static electricity. They will explore the science of nutrition and getting healthy in a mission for nutrition ,and experience the amazing power of magnetism. The basics of sound will be uncovered with a cool Mad Science twist that includes the use of a sound machine to distort sound and our voices and experience the incredible power of heat and how it can transform matter.

Welcome to the world of chemistry with Mad Science. Children grades Kindergarten through 5th grade are welcome. Children make gooey slime, experiment with different reactions and learn to use the tools that chemists use. Polymers, catalysts, dry ice, pH reactions, are a few of the fascinating concepts young scientists explore in this thrilling trip through the chemistry lab!

Come and join author Debbie Chamberlain as she introduces her books featuring delightful characters that encourage a growth mindset, foster gratitude, kindness, and self-compassion in children. In our class, children will engage in imaginative craft projects, participate in active movement activities, and embark on captivating story time adventures. Through these experiences, they will develop valuable skills that contribute to lifelong wellness.

April is National Financial Literacy Month and The Home Economist, LLC wants to celebrate by offering a 3-course mini-series aimed at boosting your financial IQ. Students (12+) and their parents will learn the importance of saving for retirement, saving for emergencies, saving for large purchases, conscious spending, personal cash flow statements, the psychology of spending, common investment vehicles, investing risks, personal balance sheets, net worth, basic insurance terminology, identity theft, debt, credit, credit cards, credit reports, and credit scores. Artwork is inspired by pixel block characters, plants, zombies and many more classic apps and games. If your child loves to game or draw, they’ll have a blast putting their own personal touches on some of these favorites! ALL SUPPLIES INCLUDED. Pirate Workshop: Ahoy mates! Join us as we explore the world of pirates with new drawing adventures! Pirates, treasure maps, sunken treasures, parrots, a grand pirate ship and more will inspire us as we draw, using cartoon and realistic drawing techniques. Kids love drawing our playful, expressive characters and will complete several drawings each day using the unique Young Rembrandts drawing method.
